Winter Green Challenge

Who says nothing grows in Alberta in the winter?

We challenge you to find the green hiding under the snow and in your fields. You know it's there.

When you're out checking cows or walking the dog keep your eyes peeled and your phone camera handy. We want to see photos of those green growing things. You can send photos of the same plant multiple times - the important thing is that the photos are taken on different dates.

The person who sends us photos from the most different dates wins a free registration to the 3 day Soil Health Workshop on Feb 3, 4, and 5 2020 in Leduc.

Three Ways To Enter:
- Post a photo of your "green growing thing" on the Food Water Wellness Foundation Facebook page.
- Email your photo to dmiller@foodwaterwellness.org
- Text your photo to 403-889-5810

Be sure to include your name, the date and place the photo was taken with every entry.

If you know what type of plant is in the photo include that as well.
